In 2015, Dr. Dilan Rathnayaka looked into the eyes of a rescued street dog in Badulla and felt the quiet call to do more. What began as a small dream amid Uva's rolling tea gardens has grown into two sanctuaries of care—one in Badulla, one in Bandarawela—where every tail tells a story of hope.
